Go on a real adventure for your next away mission with this fun and super easy Star Trek style pop-up tent. The camping tent is also great for beach days and playing in the back yard.
Once unfolded, the tent measures about 42" tall, 47" wide, and 94" long, making it a cozy small space for a camping couple. When not in use, the tent folds up easily and can be stored away in the included carrying bag. The tent also comes with four ground nails to keep it secure in its space.
We've had a tent like this one and they are so easy and actually quite funny to set up -- just pull it out of the bag and give it a little toss. The structure of the frame means it "wants" to be unfolded and in its erect position. Refolding the tent might take a few tries but once you get the hang of how to fold it, you wont' believe how easy it is.
Note the size of this little tent -- it's cozy (aka small). You won't have a lot of room for extras, and standing up fully inside the tent isn't possible for most adults. The small size and ease of use does make this an ideal tent for other kinds of outings, like a day at the beach, in the park, or for kids camping out in the backyard.
Ok, now that we've talked about the ease of use and size of the tent, can we look at the awesome print job on this thing to make it look just like a Next Generation shuttlecraft, complete with call letters and familiar stripe design?! How fun would it be to whip this out during a space launch viewing, Trek fan viewing party, or other event where like minded friends are gathering?!
